Archaic open lamp of the cup type (Lampe tournée ouverte), wheel-made with the spout pinched and modelled by hand between thumb and forefinger, from the area south of the rampart at Salamis, square K VI/γ3. Complete, in local yellow clay containing much sand; l. 14.1 cm, H. 3.4 cm, L. 13.2 cm; scraping marks at the lower part, traces of burning at the spout. Inventory L_0351; 30 March 1967.
