Large stone bowl or basin with beak and lugs (type: stone bowls, cups or basins; form: large bowls or basins with beak and lugs), inventory V_0115, from Sondage Z, square K V/α9. Circular bowl with convex, divergent sides; flat base in the form of a projecting ring, ø 24 cm, base ø 17 cm, lip width 1.4 cm, thick horizontal lip. Incomplete; the fragment preserves the profile of the vessel but neither handle nor beak, H. 5.8 cm. Breccia. Found in a dump of Imperial date (1st-3rd century AD). Salamis, Cyprus; 23 September 1966.
