Moulded lamp of Late Roman period, from Tomb 1 at Salamis, Cyprus, inventory L_0255, object card SAL_0983. Oval, slightly convex base; medallion decorated with a relief chrismon, two circular filling holes between the arms of the X, and a wreath of foliage; complete except for a chip on the nozzle; pinkish clay; traces of fire on the nozzle; decorated with chevrons; H. 2.3, L. 6.4, base diameter 2.7 and base length 3.3 (cm), with a total length of 5.3 cm.
