May 18th Continued digging in West Bldg. R. 4. Stratum 1 b of fallen debris Boom of stratum 2 muddled & began strm north of R 4 - stratum 1 b. Continued digging cistern 20 Temple A.
May 19th Unable to dig except for short time followed rain. Spent most of the day then digging out cistern north of Temple A. Part of 3rd stratum removed fr. W. Bldg R. 7 & good inscription
