few stones, disturbed, lie on "yellow" earth in the 11.20 = 11.41 floor. This wall is obviously older than the 11.20 = 11.41 floor and than the last use of #6. Only one sherd was found in cutting the 11.20 = 11.41 floor.

Dig sect. #6 (p. 134) below the 11.20 = 11.41 level (11.36). The sandy brown earth of #6 stops 6 cm. below at the same level as in the W., with no difference in the earth below. This continuation of wall #5 (?) thus lies over the 10.42 level, and extends up to the 11.20 = 11.41. East of #6, however, there seems to be a sharp division of earth, which becomes softer below this level. In section #6, in exactly the same line as defined at 11.36, we find several stones close to wall #3, set in clay with many fine white grits. The same clay is found in sect. 5. This is distinct from the clay of wall #3, whose white grits are larger, which has yellow particles, missing in 6. (To p. 143)
