Dear Roger Congratulations on your full retirement. When did this happen? I now regret my slothfulness in the past. I know will not have the benefit of your sage advice and helpfulness. Are you doing anything special now or are you simply enjoying the fruits of a productive career?
I would appreciate some information about what is happening in the Museum in terms of the Kourion material. Has someone been assigned the task of handling the Kourion archives. In other words, is Mrs. Dixon that person? What has happened or will happen to the request I made to you in February for additional photographs and plans? Is there anyone at the U of Penn Press who I can talk to concerning my manuscript?
As always your comments, observation and assistence in regard to the problem of the transition from your guidance to someone else's. If I come down to Phila in later August I will give you a call. cheers. J[illegible]
