February 7, 1978Dr. G. Roger Edwards, Classical Archaeology Group, University Museum, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pa. 19104, U.S.A.

Dear Dr. Edwards,

I am working on an article on the pebble mosaic [handwritten: *] which is located just to the East of the Eustolios complex proper. I need another 8½" x 11" print of the general plan of the complex that was published in Mitford's book for the article which will be published in the 1978 RDAC. If you could send me such a print by early March, I would be most appreciative.

I assume that the drawings of the Eustolios mosaics have either been done or are in the process of being completed. I have read that Martin Biddle, the new director of the Museum, is interested in getting the material excavated by the Museum published. Might there be the possibility of financial assistance from the Museum for this project? [handwritten: **]

Best wishes,

Please send me a copy of the relevant note pages if I do not have a copy of that particular notebook. Thank you ever so much. ** Wrong assumption (possibly) as I haven't heard from my draftsman in 2 months? the mails?
