DEPARTMENT OF ANTIQUITIES Nicosia, 24th June, 1955.

Handwritten: Dear Jack,

I have just heard from Roger that you are holding the fort for him at Philadelphia. so I enclose a letter which I was about to mail to him. He says he has sent a cheque to Philadelphia to cover the cost of the bones. He also says you will need the bill of lading. We have sent a copy to the Museum on 28th May but in case it did not reach you here is the original.

[handwritten: Yours Peter]
