EPISKOPI LIMASSOL CYPRUS

16 March 1955Dear Roger:

I enclose the remaining three photos for the Kourion Water Supply paper. They are marked on the back. One is to take the place of a slightly smaller print for Plate III 9; one is to take the place of the badly exposed print for Plate VII 26 (Aqueduct Tunnel); and the third of the Slipper Bath can go either as a tailpiece or in place of the Fountain House print as Plate X 40, the Fountain House then being a tailpiece - or left out altogether as you may see fit.

I said that I would let you have the local news in this letter but I remember your complaining of having so much to read so I won't burden you with a lot of gossip. The important thing is that Jet Kaka and the rest of us are all well though I, for one, am exhausted. This is chiefly because at every turn one is frustrated by some trivial circumstance ......

Anyway at the moment I am not in the mood to write the sort of letter that might interest you. Maybe my mind is too full of preparations for Saul and other matters that need attention.

Dr G. Roger Edwards, The University Museum, Philadelphia, Pa., U.S.A.

P.S. I understood from Ellen that there is a possibility of my being reimbursed with the rather heavy cost of air-mail postage on my Water Supply MSS 42/- and Drawings 8/-. I don't want to seem rapacious but 50 shillings means something to me.
