-2 Cacoyannis 9/25/53 16676 A purchase from the estate and have shipped to her at her expense to Bloomfield, Ithan Avenue, Villa Nova, Pennsylvania, and (b) the articles which the Museum desires to acquire and use in Cyprus. The remainder of the tangible personal property on the list may be sold or otherwise disposed of as may be legal and proper by you as administrator.

The Museum has advised me that the scale, adding machine, typewriter, and Land Rover and Humber automobiles are the property of the decedent and not of the Museum.

Insofar as the cameras and light meters are concerned, it is satisfactory to include as the property of the decedent only the new Leica camera and meter.

I have just ascertained that the decedent owned several guns which I believe are in the custody of the local police. These should be included in the final inventory.

Dr. Hill of the University Museum has prepared lists of the furniture, equipment, books, etc. at Mr. McFadden's house and at the excavation and has forwarded them to the Museum here in Philadelphia. I have had copies made of Dr. Hill's letter and lists and enclose a copy herewith. The Executors here are satisfied that Dr. Hill's determination of ownership as shown by the lists is correct. You will note that on the list of books I have indicated those which Mrs. Ewing desires to purchase and have sent back to Villa Nova together with the articles on Mr. Sprecher's list above referred to.
