The foregoing are all "T" numbers unless otherwise indicated. They are shelved, as you probably know, in the upper reaches of the south wall of "our" apotheke; many fussy), in the upper reaches of the south wall of "our" apotheke; many of them will probably still be in the exhibition case on the same wall, unless things have been moved around. In addition, you may want to joined heads, some of which are quite attractive; these are TD - TE - etc. numbers, and will be found in the cabinet drawers of the board in the southwest corner of the same room (the one with the large and much-restored horse on it - Ellen Kohler said it was still there in her time). There are also unmodled heads there, but you will probably not want any of them. Still on our own concerns, there are two pieces of not too unattractive sculpture from our deposits: St 1,01 and St 201.
In addition to the above of the expedition which you will have to consider: I think off-hand of George's Hellenistic girls from Ayios Ermoyenis, and an interesting early ring-vase with a female figure standing on it.
It is too bad that the dissolution and division could not have waited a bit. We are loath to part with our copy of the book, and even with the catalogue-cards and notebooks until we are actually in print, although if we could find some way of financing the shipment of the catalogue (the original) we might consider it. I don't know whether its final resting-place is to be Curium or Philadelphia.
Mr. Hill turned up with us only telegraphic notice and spent all day Sunday with us last week-end. He was going to Washington to buy summer clothes, and was in wonderful form.
We suppose Rodney may be there by the time you get this, and we hope the list is not too late for the division. However, in Cyprus things often don't get done quite as fast as they were scheduled, so we hope we are in time. "horrible koukles" as he calls them; after all, we didn't make them - in fact, we didn't even find them. Also, Salaams to Joseph Sennacherib Last, and greetings to Christos, Savvis, Salaams to Joseph Sennacherib Last, and greetings to Christos, Savvis, Michalis, and Andreas; also to Maria, the wife of John the Charioteer, who lived across the road and used to be Grace's nursemaid.
We hope to hear from you now things are turning out.
Yours,
