May 29, 1953Mr. William Richard Gordon Assistant Treasurer University of Pennsylvania 3320 Walnut Street Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Dear Mr. Gordon:

In accordance with our telephone conversation of this date I am writing to request that the University adopt a resolution of the Executive Committee of the University, similar to the one adopted by them on April 30 authorizing Dr. George Roger Edwards, for Dr. B. H. Hill to draw on the "Curium Excavations" Account in Cyprus. We don't seem to find a copy of this resolution in our files.

Sincerely yours,
