… the premises of Mr. McFadden's property in Cyprus actually belonged to the Museum through purchase with Museum funds.

This question will be taken up informally by Dr. Rainey with the Executors at a later date when he has further information.

Dr. Rainey said that Dr. G. Roger Edwards, Assistant Curator of the Mediterranean Section of the University Museum, would be going over to Cyprus to take charge of the research project there. He will discuss with Mr. Peter Megan, Director of Antiquities of the Cyprus government, under the Ministry of Education, the matter of the devise of Mr. McFadden's home and grounds to the Cyprus government.

Dr. Rainey estimated that it would take twelve months or more to complete the research at Cyprus and that the $10,000.00 legacy received from Mr. McFadden would probably pay for six months of the work.

Dr. Kidder said that information furnished to him indicated that the balance in Mr. McFadden's personal checking account at his death was approximately £200 and that among the securities referred to in the will were the following:

1000 shares of Cyprus Aviation Ltd. (commonly known as Cyprus Airways) valued at $3,000.00 390 shares of Fassouri, Common valued at $3,510.00 5 shares Fassouri, Preferred - not valued.
