Dear J. Roger: No luck about the bronzes: some dealer from Paris has offered 3 ear-rings for the three best pieces - and we were offering 2 1/2 for the lot !! Anyway the price originally mentioned of 12000 local ear-ring for the lot, was a bargain that I never quite believed in. If you pass this way though you might ask Mr. K. what happened about them. We sent you postal orders to cover luxury tax - 400 from Hiram, 175 from Cyrus and Nancy A. together - I had him check. I also told Mr. K. that if you needed more money he should front it - but as I said I think you ought to have a good surplus from present funds The address for Jamme-vat and Febur-vat is Henry Young Riverdale Farm Rocky Hill (Princeton) N. J. I wrote him. Saw Sjöquist today by chance at Park Hotel. He will drop in on you next week some time. From Ankara, He is looking for a place for Princeton to dig they have some money. So show him the best; I don't think we want a collaboration, but it might strengthen our hands if we were offered one! Got a new lice-cure - price not exorbitant. My best to the clergy- Kay
