Re: Estate of George H. McFadden, II, Deceased

Dear Mr. McCouch:

I am advised that the $10,000. legacy to the University Museum has been paid.

It is the intention of the Executors to file an exemplified copy of the Will and Probate in Cyprus and to have Sir Panayotis L. Cacoyannis appointed ancillary administrator in Cyprus.

I received from the Consul lists of Mr. McFadden's personal belongings and contents of the house, a copy of which I sent to Dr. Rainey. I have suggested that he mark these lists indicating what articles the University Museum would like to have and send the marked lists back to me. For your information I enclose copies of the lists.

Very truly yours,

John Kennedy Ewing, 3rd
