6th Dec. 1950Dear George,

I apologise for my usual delay in answering your letter : I can only plead that once our term starts my time ceases to be my own. I am sending you a couple of typed pages on our soundings of this summer, with a photo on the chance that you may care to use it. J.H. Iliffe's address : 19 Aigburth Drive, Liverpool 17. Unless we have a war on our hands by then, we are well set for next summer, and hope to see you then.

With all the best,

Ever your
