26th May, 1951Mr. Robert Stevens, The University Museum, 53rd & Spruce street, Philadelphia, Pa.

Handwritten: Dear Bob:-

I have paid the Amathus Navigation Line 140.17.1 to date on airfreight, insurance, and your ticket to Ankara. I have sent the receipts to Mr. Kidder, the Associate Director of the Museum, except for the one enclosed herewith for the film sent to Life. I gathered from you that Life would pay for this.

I sent off a rough account of our work here to Burke and also under separate cover (1) a general map of ancient Curium and (2) a general map of the Apollo area.
