Nicosia, 29th November, 1948

Handwritten: Dear Jas,

Before we can take over the Museum's share of those of the Bamboula finds which were divided on 26th November, which I am sure you will want us to do before you start packing what is going to Philadelphia, we will need a full inventory of what we are getting.

As regards the tomb groups, which we would like to take over first, we have the following inventories already.

Tomb 17: Pottery P.972 - P.981 Tomb 16: Miscellaneous Mi.107-120, Mi.148. Tomb 33: "Mi.133.

This is so little that I suggest you have copied for us the complete inventories of all the Tombs we are getting, namely:-

Tombs: 13,16,17,17a,24,31,33,36.

As regards the uncatalogued sherds from these tombs, of which, in some cases at least, there are some bags-full, it will I think suffice to state number of bags in each case.
