Curium Excavations Limassol, Cyprus

April 22, 1940[photograph] P 766

Dear Pete,

About P 766 the Leica says a cat may look at a king, but I think I had better look again, a little longer. I am sorry the scale comes out so infinitesimal. I hope it can be used.

This morning I posted in Limassol the two Leica rolls and the two little packets of prints with numbers etc. written on them, in two boxes each in a separate manila envelope, prints in one, rolls of film in the other, sent 1st class and registered. Drop us a post card if they arrive, and further comments if we can do better by you. I wrote to you about all this a couple of days ago.

Yesterday we went to Kivides and called on one of Paraski's brothers whom George had deported for barking. He looked pretty thin, but they say he still barks. V.G.
