Dear Mr. Cox: I am informed by the our guard of Curium that the by \concern in Chrysostomo pupils occupies his [illegible] sister that [illegible] of the not yet has been by Evag. Christi that we must vacate →/ the house & storeroom in Episkopi on or before the 26th of August. I had written the Island I him to take no action except on instructions from you.

Of course you cannot vacate the storeroom in any case except upon Since I have not had word for you direct to vacate I assume that you do not find necessary to take it very seriously, and that you will be able to prevent Evag. "hold up". wholly has been successful. It would be inconvenient to move out of the house & quite impossible to vacate the storeroom (which are filled with antiquities) until the shaves are assigned. While I hope you have good news for me on this so vexatious question no dispositions can be determined and even proper formal authorizations for export of our share from Customs Department can [illegible] [illegible] be drawn up until due permit progress with the expropriation of the pieces required on the Site of Curium.
