To the Director of the Public Works Department, Nicosia.

Sir,

I have the honour to request the loan of two tents, as last year, for use at the excavations being carried out under my direction on the site of Curium, near Episkopi, Limassol District, under permits issued to me by command of H.E. the Governor the 25th of May 1934 and the 11th of July 1934. [No. 571/34, Colonial Secretary's Office].

It is very desirable that, if possible, the tents be of a type equipped with mosquito netting, to guard against the malaria prevalent in the region of Episkopi.

With renewed thanks for the assistance received from your Department in 1931/2 and in 1934,

I am

Very respectfully,
