Layer 7 and 6: pottery rarer fine pottery of light colour Mycenaean sherds Proposed date: LB II-III Layer 8: pottery rare "milkbowl", "base ring", lustrous, with red or black slip, perhaps "red on red" Proposed date: LB I
The pottery seems to indicate a division different: Level A: layers 1, 2 and pts 31, 32 upper architecture: Iron I Level B: layers 3 to 7 second level of architecture: LB II - LB III Level C: layer 8: traces of lower architecture: LB I
An enlargement of the excavation would allow [illegible] to specify the transition from LB III to Iron I.
Other objects: Layer 1: 1 pestle and 1 stone weight. Layer 6: fragment of bronze (there were slags in the layer; the kiln visible in section indicates a [illegible] craftsman's workshop).
