Mr Prof. Dr. Claude F.A. Schaeffer Le Castel Blanc 44, Rue Target St. Germain-en-Laye France

Dear very honoured Prof. Schaeffer,

At your last visit in Mainz you asked me for a photograph of the document before conservation. I have given the order and am sending it to you today. Hopefully it will reach you still before your departure.

We still fondly remember our pleasant evening at the Hilton. I hope that our next meeting will take place in a season that allows us to take a look into the countryside.

With best regards to your honoured wife and warmgreetings, in which my wife also joins.

Yours very devotedly
