A correspondant from Germany who wants to reproduce some of its content, informs me by letter dated 16 june that an article concerning the Enkomi Excavations has been published by M Dikaios in the Times some months ago. Could you kindly send me a copy or indicate me the date in order that I could order a copy from London ? I would like to know all publications concerning Enkomi & as M. D. do not send them, I am obliged to trouble you.
The exhibition of the bowl ends this month. I shall return it myself to the Embassy for dispatch to Nicosia via London as agreed. We are most grateful for this opportunity of having seen the original. It was exhibited in the middle of the Mycenaean room which is practically seen by everybody who enters the antiquities exhib. in the Louvre.
