Dear Mr. Megaw, This note to confirme my letter of April 29 th and to tell you that the rest of the text of Enk. Al. I (pages 215-449) is despatched to you as printed matter by air to-day. If you decide to have the vol. bound before using (what would perhaps be advisable), please have one blanc page inserted at pages 128, 210, 380 and 382, on which to past the colour plates, when they will be sent to you later. I was glad to learn that the trees had a good winter growing at Enkomi. With kind regards to Mrs Megaw, yours sincerely C F A Schaeffer
P.S. M. Masson<s>/ Masson continues continues he very actively his studies on Cypriote inscriptions. You will find his contribution in Enk.-Al. I, p. 391-409. As he is now a very good specialist, I suggest that Dikaios may use him for his inscriptions to be published in Enk. Al. II or second vol. of our comb. publication. I shall arrange that M. Masson is send to Cyprus next year to study the museum material so far published. Yours sincerely C F S
