Photos. I would be grateful to you if your Departement would on my cost make photographs of some of the vases of my last campagne . This would facilitate the work of Kuss & accelerate the publication. I shall write to Kuss about the selection which I would do as short as possible. I am grateful for the vases photographed before my departure . As soon as I am back home, I shall order enlargments which of course could be made outside if the Dep.' photographer should be too busy. I have since transferred some more funds to my account at Barclays, Famagusta so to be able to settle all further accounts promptly.
Packing. Please have made sure that the boxes or cases bought for the transport are of strong quality. I have noticed again how carelessly they are handled when not loaded under personal supervision. Kuss has or will have all necessary funds for good & abundant packing material. I also beg you to allow me to send a new year gift to the packers if the things arrived safely. It is a question of packing. The handling will be rough, there is no doubt. – I am writing of course to Lapierre , but I am sure his recommendations will not be effectife outside Larnaca.
