Inventory of the content of the depot of belongings of the French Expedition stored in the small north room of the Exp. house. - Please find here an up-to-date inventory of the content of the depot, a key of which I have handed you personaly. South small room used as kitchen. The dep. expedition having used the south room in which M. Kuss is housing as a kitchen in our absence. The walls are now rather dirty. If the room is again used for this purpose, could the walls be whitewashed before our arrival? - At that occasion all the 3 other rooms could be white washed, half the expenses would be shared by the French Expedition of course. - Could I ask also that the paper sheets on the ceiling of the big north room is been taken down before the white washing. It is depressing to sleep under this "baldachin". The Cypriote ceiling beneath is so nice. Thanks.
P.S. I shall leave with the Dept. 5 £ or sed for making the holes. M. Vasos will ask Yours sincerely for the payement of the workman later. 4 holes are to replace trees in front of the exped. house, the C.F.A. Schaeffer. other south of the main entrance of the town on the slope, some on the plateau, some more between the house & road, some round the Guard house.
