Enkomi - Alasia, Nov. 27th, 1957. 8.30 a.m.

Dear Director Megaw,

My assistant M. Hillis is conveying to the C.M. all the finds made during our 1957 campaign at Enkomi. I enclose here the original of the inventory. – I would be grateful if provisionaly at least these finds could be grouped together in the Museum in order to facilitate to M. Kuss the drawings when he comes on Monday morning. In all 28 parcels will be delivered to the Museum. Inventory (in all 58 pages): There are some mistakes made. M. de Contenson started and left without noting the numbers on the small objects. Therefore some of them have been put twice in the register. The description and the measures help to correct this easely. On the other hand Nos 221 – 224 (pages 68 + 27) have been occupied twice. I apologize for these mistakes but they do not diminish the documentary value of the inventory. – I shall as soon as I have time send you a list
