Dear Sir, Mr Megaw having asked me to indicate to him some of our vases which were destroyed (among many others) in the transport from Cyprus to Paris, I am sending you the copy of the indications I have just given him, so that you may, if you think fit, negotiate this matter with him, when you are in Cyprus, in September. I suggest a few replacement vases although obviously this is a very difficult matter It will be for you to see and to decide. Good excavation season for September Yours very cordially.
