Dear Megaw, Dik. sent me photographs of the Styllanou bronzes & a vase from Enk. T. 501. for which I thank him. He tells me he will be away for some time for digging and that you will send me the photos of the bronze sword (please the hilt as large as possible) and helmet of the SCE, tombe 18 of Enkomi. He also added the notes I return with comments Please transmit with my thanks. I have no news of the bronze bowl of T. 2, 1949 which went (I hope) off to the British. But you will be glad to know that the 2 bronzefigures & throne of 1950 were very successfully cleaned here & look very nice. You will get photos later. All is well here; my eldest daughter was married yesterday & went off to Spain with her husband, a protest. theologian of Princetown. I am working hard on Enk.
