III. — Work in progress - Work Programme and research for the current year (and the following one).

• Publication of the areas of ENK. 59 and 60 for "ENKOMI-Alasia II", and of RS. 59/60 for Ugaritica VI, logical follow-up of the corresponding excavations.

• Completion (in 1961 or 1962) of the corpus of the Alps, in Gallia, through the publication of unpublished collections, public (Musée Barcelonnette; Grenoble) or private (D^r Bisch etc), Bronze Age and Iron Age.

• Completion of the excavation at Serres (tumulus threatened with destruction, no. 2) and sounding at the location of the find of the Savournon hoard, (possibly), at the request of the Directorate of Architecture.

• Participation in the excavations at RS and ENK, in autumn 1961.
