east-west, and one counts from the North gate of the city, and 25 metres east of the great and young single-shaft main street running North-South through the city. For the record, one recalls the situation respective of two of the large buildings previously discovered at Enkomi, west of this axial street, namely the Temple of the Great Horned God in bronze, between the 3rd and 4th streets, and the Coherent Residence or Building 18, between the 4th and 5th streets.
