Dear Mr. Megaw, I now got an answer from Plenderleith, who is ready to treat the 2 ingots & the tablets if you agree. If the transfer by dipl. bag through the Embassy is too complicate, I propose to bring these 3 little objects over to London when I go there at the occasion of the Cambridge (Oriental) Congress end of august. I would prefer official transference & if possible return to Nicosie directly or via Paris. Yours sincerely C. F A Schaeffer

P.S. by mistake my funds remained at the Fr. Consulate at Malta. As soon as they arrived at Barclys Famagousta (on Lapierre, Larnaca) the cheque for the purchase of the 2 plots will be send you.
