Thank you for your card from St.Germain returning the signed memorandum, one of which I return, signed by me, for you to keep. I shall now forward the other copy to the Colonial Secretary from whom you may expect to have a letter ratifying our agreement on behalf of the Government.
The new acquisitions at Enkomi are going ahead though one of the owners is being difficult.
I look forward to seeing the final proofs of your volume when they are ready.
