[?3 3 69Dear Mr, I thank you for your letter of fev 14 received on my return from a mission to Pakistan.] I shall try to write the paper summary that you asked me for, and I will send it to you by the second half of March, for the pressure of work at this time of year does not allow me to promise the date proposed by you, mid-March. If I do not hear not anything from you, I shall assume that you agree. And I ask you to accept, Sir, the expression of my most distinguished sentiments.
