Dear Dr. Karageorghis, I wish to thank you for your letter of March 25th , I also got a letter from M. Lapierre. I have been twice in discussion since with the Min. of For. Affairs and there is serious hope , that I shall be in a position to write soon to His Beatitude in the sence you suggested and that there will be in the new Republic a cultural franco-cypriote organisme . – This letter will only tell you that the matter is under consideration and that I am hopeful about the outcome of my démarches with the people here. I should indeed be happy if your suggestion would be given full support here . – I hope to write you in a few days anew about this matter and defer all other questions until then.
