Cyprus Museum Nicosia,

Dear Professor Schaeffer, Thank you very much for your letter of 2nd Febr. and for Madame Schaeffer's and your wishes for our baby son.

1. Transport of your 1947-9 material: As you will understand I will take action only if asked 'from above' to do so. But I am anxious to see this done. Have you written fo to Mr. Dikaios? I have not heard from him.

2. Ugaritica V : I have not received the drawings of the chariot crater from Minet-el-Beida (now in the Louvre). In fact I repeatedly asked M. Kuss to remind you to send them to me so that I may write up my report, but up to now I have not received anything.

3. "Chronique, BCH" I have sent my report which will appear in April this year. I simply announced factually your last year's campaign and the application of archaeomagnetism, promising that I will submit a report in a later issue of BCH, when available.
