PERMIT.
We the undersigned Λοΐζος Κυριάκου I of the village of Ἔγκωμης in the District of Ἀμμοχώστου hereby give our irrevocable permission and my consent to the Director of Antiquities to carry out excavations for the purpose of discovering antiquities on our land situated my at the locality "Αγ. Ἰακωβος in the village of ............................. in the District of Ἀμμόχωστος shown on the Land Registry Office map No. ........ Sheet ....... under plot No. 24-49 ἀριθμός 352; plots Nos. Provided that in respect of any damage which may result from the excavations the Director of Antiquities shall pay us such me amount by way of compensation as may be mutually agreed, or, in default of agreement such amount as may be fixed by the Commissioner of Ἀμμόχωστος ........................... whose decision we shall accept as I binding and conclusive.
