Dear Sir,

I was deeply touched by the wishes you kindly sent me with the fine enlargement of the photograph you took during our visit to the excavation area at Enkomi.

I certainly feel great pleasure at the prospect of meeting you again in Cyprus next Autumn.

Please accept, Dear Sir, with my best wishes and good wishes for the New Year (a little belated but very sincere) the assurance of my very high consideration.
