Actually, reading the page as written:

[handwritten: Pinned to Enkomi?] — not needed; transcribe faithfully:

Handwritten: Pinned to f.s.s.?

Correction to my approach: the handwritten annotation at top left reads as:

[handwritten: Pinned to Ens.?] — I cannot read it with confidence.

Dear Mr Megaw

Your letter of 24th to the Resident Naval Officer has been forwarded to me. The man is the Electrical Officer of my ship and I am sorry that he made such a nuisance of himself at Enkomi. He himself denies the whole thing but as I have had similar cases of this sort of thing in the past I don't pay much attention to his denial. I have taken what we in the service call disciplinary action against him and can only apologise that my ship should be involved in such a disgraceful and disagreeable incident, and I hope and trust that no damage has been done

Yours sincerely
