We look forward very much to seeing proofs of what you will publish in your first volume. It will be a great help to Dikaios to have your conclusions available when he comes to compose his report. At present, while he has been busy arranging displays of coins and inscriptions in the Museum, work has continued on the cleaning of the pottery from the levels (including floors) below his floor V, which was found in his 1950 campaign. A plan showing the walls (some of them rather substantial) and tombs belonging to these earlier levels has also been prepared; but there are many gaps, some of which we hope to fill next year.
With all good wishes to you and Mme. Schaeffer for 1951 from us both,
Yours sincerely,
