In the layer between floors IV and the Cypriot wares such as base-ring, white slip etc. are lacking as on floor IV. Instead we observe a continued predominance of the decorated LCIII ware which is represented by thirteen fragments (cf. 729 a-c on Pl. LIX, 1). Together with this ware we observe Mycenean IIIC: 1 fragments with decoration in the "close style" (729 f on Pl. LIX, 2) and others with wavy lines (729 g on Pl. LIX, 2). In addition the bucchero wheel-made ware is represented by three fragments (729 d, g on Pl. LIX, 2,3). A similar picture is represented by another lot of sherds collected during the removal of a part of the deposits during the removal of a part of the deposits between floors III and V, left for the drawing of a section. Here we notice on the one hand fragments of decorated LCIII ware (730 g-i on Pl. LX, 4), including a fragment (730 i) of strainer spout of jug, and on the other fragments (730 e, f on Pl. LX, 4) /which
