East of the eastern room one more room (XXIII) was partially uncovered the southern limit of which is in line with the north facade of the Main Building, but its construction is distinctly inferior. Apart from this room other walls were brought to light immediately to the south of it, but our investigations here are not sufficiently advanced to permit interpretation. It is then possible that in the original scheme this North Building was a tripartite unit on either side of which other rooms were added in the same manner as supplementary rooms appear to have been added east and west of the South Building (1)[handwritten: (1) struck through]. The facade, along which ran a street, [handwritten: circle around "measures"] measures in its present reduced form 12.50 m. in length. Only its foundation was survived consisting of rectangular dressed slabs, which rest on the bedrock and which must have carried upper dressed blocks in the usual style. Of this we have evidence on the east side of the doorway leading into the central room (XXI) where remnants of upper blocks destroyed by fire still stand. /Moreover
