Ecully, 15 November 1971
Dear Sir,
I have just received from Mr Parrot the proofs of our summary report on the 21st campaign of excavation at Enkomi-Alasia. Mr Parrot writes to me that it is not possible for him to send a copy for correction to each of the collaborators. I have personally reread everything and noted on a separate sheet the corrections I propose, in addition to those which are merely a simple clerical error and which I have therefore directly corrected in pencil. You need only choose the solution that you consider the best and send the corrected text to Mr Parrot.
Please accept, Sir, the assurance of my very respectful sentiments.
O Pelon
P.S. I also want to thank you for having invited me during my passage through Paris, and I am grateful to Madame Schaeffer and to your daughter-in-law for having kindly provided me with a host of practical information which is very useful to me now in planning our future construction.
