(photos)= Gite du / Rouleau inscrit / de 1967At least three stone pivot-sockets were found in situ in the Late Bronze 1 layer, each time in association with the corresponding floor . These pivot-sockets correspond to doors which measured sometimes 0,m70, sometimes 0,m90 in width . Hearths and a circular concreted mortar, incorporated into the floor laid on the surface of the rock, were uncovered, as well as a clay loom-weight with a groove at the top. These installations extend upslope from the fine and long north-south terrace retaining wall^, recognised recti- dating to Late Cypriot II, reused in L.C. III linear for 17 metres in length, before presenting an interesting offset of two metres to the East, to continue beneath the form of the powerful high-terrace wall, also N-S, 8 metres, that same one which dominated the vast hall with two terracotta bathr- bathtubs of terracotta and the three wild boar skeletons cleared in (1967) .
of a recent excavation)Towards the South, above and from the corner bathtub, one remarks a new return or offset of one metre, followed by a new section of thick north-south wall 5 metres long (cut by a pit found at the end of the campaign beneath the impressive series of three thick superimposed white floors of the platform, partially paved and provided in Cypriot Iron I with a large channel of two stone gutters which discharged (upslope ) into a sump situated beneath the East trench^, (area not yet excavated). Here are the dimensions of the two elements of this large stone gutter: width 44 cm, length 100 cm, h. 37 cm for the East element covered by a stone or slab 10 cm thick; internal height 26 cm for the ele- ment West provided with a "cover h. 24 cm (internally the gu- tter proper measures 21 cm x 12 cm) . The heavy slab covering the sump (at 0, 75 m below the present surface) measures 0,20 m thick . It was against this slab that was recovered the upper part of a gargoulette or jar with basket handle, typical of Cypriot Iron I , a ceramic find which appears to date the use of this water-drainage installation .
