The inscription is on the long right face (if one calls the front face the face with the notch-spout), the best smoothed with the front face, toward the back of the preserved part. It bears six Cypro-Minoan signs, one of which has been mutilated by an impact, one another is incomplete owing to the break of the object, incomplete at the back - The signs are engraved deeply and not very skilfully, with a pointed tool of which one sees the traces in the form of multiple striations longitudinal.
