20.16T. 1907East Chamber10One-handled krater, in terracotta very light brown sandy, fairly soft, more light near the surface. Slip (drawing) cream, thicker at the exterior, but which lets the sandy texture of the terracotta and some poorly smoothed irregularities of the surface show through. Close, regular wheel-striations. Short neck, slightly constricted and flaring towards the top, simple rim, cut at an angle. Biconical body, with low upper part, lower part slightly convex. Single handle, horizontal loop, on the upper part of the body (shoulder), rising very obliquely up to mid-height of the neck. Oblong section. Ring base, fairly high seen from the exterior, low from the interior, (drawing) attached to an ovoid base. On the inside of the vessel, the base is "over-hollowed" in relation to the level where the base begins on the outside.
