Sir, From the finds made during the 1954 excavations I have selected the following six items which I would like to study in Paris. I would be grateful to deliver me a temporary export licence. The antiquities would be transported by M. W. Forrer, which is authorized by me to sign the customary "Undertaking" on my behalf. The antiquities will be returned by me when I return for further work at Enkomi in automne 1955.
