0,50 m. On examination, it appears clearly that this slab is in fact a block of pisé 0,35 m thick.

The external cleaning of the tomb at the level of the covering reveals the presence of stones in the parts to the East and South of the tomb. Are these only fallen stones, or stones, these for the most part of small dimensions, did they play a role in maintaining such a construction? One further notes that the tomb is entirely buried up to the upper level of the covering slabs. In a baulk left by the previous excavation against the West wall of the upper "room", one notes a first layer 0,30 m thick resting on the rock and filled with whitish particles coming from the natural rock: it presents, in its upper part, a floor surface, of whitish colour. This is probably the level of the floor corresponding to the use of the tomb.

Drawing: stratigraphic section showing two floor levels above bedrock (marked with XXXXX); labels: floor 2; terre compacte, débris de briques; floor 1; terre avec débris rocheux
