In the fine house called "286", I have the cleaning resumed of the parts still little clear, then the systematic stripping by layers, in the two rooms SE and SW with walls coated in white lime, where one had uncovered [during my absence from the area] a whole group of pottery on floor III at - 1m 30 average depth yenne (Canaanite jar 1488, cf. p. 29). Quickly uncovered in succession a four-tined deer antler two jars "Canaanite" in red earth, and below, the body which was seen in section proves to belong to a fine strainer-spout jug with painted decoration on the shoulder pt 1516, at - 1m 40, on grey ashes H. 20 cm. diam.
